Physical condition – Believe it or not, insomnia can also be caused by a physical condition that you may have which includes: heart disease, respiratory disease, neurological disease, and hormone problems. So it wouldn’t be a bad idea to ask your Doctor about it as well.

Insomnia can affect people in different ways. For some people they could have insomnia for a few days, others could have it for a few months while the most serious of insomnia cases are where people will have it for years and years.
